I am writing to share my experience and provide a testimonial for Renford Carr.

Renford worked as part of my team between 2016 and 2017.  He was employed by the London Borough of Lambeth and his position was as Operations Officer within the Gang Violence Reduction Unit.  I was employed as the manager fo this unit within the Authority’s Community Safety Team.

Mr Carr was responsible for engagement and work planning and delivery with identified nominals connected to gang association, violence and crime.  His role was one of engagement and assessment, working with identified young people in order to affect positive change in their circumstances and outlook.  The work involved both engagement and ongoing work with young people and also work and communication with other professionals.
